Hike through open grasslands with possible sightings of buffalo, giraffe, and warthogs

Trek through montane forest to Miriakamba Hut

Overnight at Miriakamba Hut

Hiking Distance: 8km | Duration: 4-5 hours

Steeper climb through lush forest to the ridge below Little Meru Peak

Lunch at Saddle Hut, followed by an acclimatization hike to Little Meru (3,820m)

Rest and early dinner in preparation for summit push

Overnight at Saddle Hut

Hiking Distance: 5km ascent + 12km descent | Duration: 10-12 hours

Midnight wake-up for summit attempt

Steep ascent to Rhino Point (3,800m) and Cobra Point (4,350m)

Reach Socialist Peak for sunrise views over Kilimanjaro and Arusha National Park

Descend back to Saddle Hut for brunch and continue down to Miriakamba Hut

Overnight at Miriakamba Hut

Hiking Distance: 10km | Duration: 3-4 hours

Breakfast at Miriakamba Hut, final descent through scenic trails back to Momella Gate

Receive summit certificates

Transfer back to Moshi/Arusha for overnight

Breakfast at the hotel

Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) or continue your adventure with a safari or Zanzibar extension
